Any employee, third party, or person associated with Grupo Allmed's activities can report an ethical concern.
Do I need to have evidence?
Conclusive evidence is not required. You must provide in good faith the information you have and clearly explain the reason for your concern.
Does a conflict of interest mean someone acted improperly?
Not necessarily. A conflict can be managed appropriately when disclosed in a timely and transparent manner.
Do all third parties undergo the same evaluation?
No. The scope of due diligence depends on the nature of the relationship and the level of identified risk.
Where should I report an adverse event?
Events related to product safety must be reported through the Pharmacovigilance section.
Where should I report a quality failure?
Issues related to packaging, labeling, appearance, operation, or product condition must be submitted to the Quality Complaints channel.
Can I use the Integrity Channel for an emergency?
No. The Integrity Channel is not an emergency service or a medical assistance channel.
